How will I be billed? What are my payment options? Is it safe to pay in advance? Do you accept Credit Card?


Q1: How will I be billed? What are my payment options?

    You can pay us through several methods:

  • Bank Transfer.
  • We issue you an invoice with all the bank account details, and you make a bank transfer to our account. This is the best way for us.

  • PayPal account.
  • Now we also accept PayPal transfer. We issue you a PayPal invoice, and you can directly pay to our PayPal account. A small transaction fee will apply.

  • Credit Card.
  • This is supported through PayPal. We issue you a PayPal invoice, and when you receive it, you will find an option to pay via Credit Card. This is safe and most convenient way for clients accustomed to Credit Card.

  • Cash.
  • We accept cash, but this is not a recommended method because it’s not a good practice to use our driver as the cash payee. Our preferred method is to receive the base rental fee via bank transfer or credit card, and let the driver to collect incidental expenses (e.g. the extra time and distance cost, parking fees, road tolls) in cash.

Q2: Is it safe to pay in advance?

    We guarantee our reliable service for these reasons:

  • We are a legally registered car rental and business service company in Shanghai under supervision of the Shanghai government.
  • We are seeking sustainable development and reputation for long-term business. The fees of a single client are not worth the reputation we have so carefully built for ourselves.
  • We have offices in downtown Shanghai and clients are very easy to visit us anytime during/after the service.
  • We have registered land phone and cell phone and you can easily approach us anytime.
  • You have no risk for down payment or pre-payment. And down payment or pre-payment allows us to manage the schedule of our car and driver by securing the booked services. We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our respected clients.

Q3: Do you accept Credit Card?

    As we mentioned in Q1, we accept Credit Card. But it’s supported by PayPal, and we will not swipe your card at your hotel or in the car. When you receive our invoice by email, you can open the Credit Card payment interface on webpage and type in your Credit Card information to pay the bill.
